Stapu is a medium-sized, family-run company with approximately 250 employees at 4 locations in Europe, supplying customers from all over the world with complex welded components. For us, the highest product­quality and customer­satisfaction are our top priorities. That is why we offer our customers comprehensive consulting even before the project begins and, upon request, create complete sets of drawings for steel components weighing up to 23 tons per piece. We always take full responsibility for quality and on-time delivery and, in return, offer exceptional logistics services through comprehensive organization, the preparation of customs documents, shipping documents, and certificates, scheduling, and shipping.

To meet these high quality standards, we need a strong and highly qualified team. That is why our employees—from production and quality assurance to logistics —receive ongoing training and professional development. To this end, for example, we have established a training center at our location in Romania and founded a quality assurance company in China.
The ongoing training of our employees and continuous inspections not only ensure the quality of our products, but also contribute significantly to workplace safety and thus to the protection of our employees—another important cornerstone of our corporate philosophy.
